Equipment Maintenance and Service Manual

1. Installation and Usage Environment:

The equipment should be operated within a room temperature environment. Prolonged exposure to high temperatures, humidity, acidity, or alkalinity should be avoided to prevent adverse effects on the equipment's service life, efficiency, and accuracy.

2. Keeping it Clean:

After use, clean the equipment's mechanisms such as friction rollers, electrical boxes, etc. Alcohol or commercially available neutral cleaning fluids can be used for cleaning and maintenance.

3. Cleaning Precautions:

  • Do not use cleaning tools that may damage the mechanical surface.

  • Avoid using corrosive plastic utensils.

  • Do not use acidic solutions.

4. Regular Inspection and Maintenance:

Periodic inspections should be conducted to maintain the normal operation of the machine, including but not limited to the following aspects:

  • Clearing discarded paper scraps and debris;

  • Regularly reinforcing screws in movable mechanisms;

  • Removing oil residue from the drum and edges;

  • Using a soft brush or cloth to clean the sensor lens;

  • Replacing the fuse regularly. This equipment uses AC power, so a fuse should be used to prevent overload;

  • To prevent rust, spray all stainless steel and iron parts with anti-rust oil and gently wipe them evenly with a soft cloth. It is recommended to use OM-40 anti-rust oil.
