Horizontal carton erector machine machine debugging problems

Question: When the machine is sealing cartons, the folding plate of the machine hangs on the carton, causing the carton to be damaged. How to solve this problem?

Solution:

1. Adjust the trough part:                                                                     

Move the trough a little to the right, 

so that the carton is closer to the 

right side of the trough, 

so that when the carton comes to 

the folding plate position, 

the carton will not be tightly next 

to the folding plate.

2. Move the trough a little to the

carton will not be tightly next to 

the folding plate.

3. Press the inching button to send the carton to the position of the folding board, and then adjust the angle of folding parts 1 by turning the screw.

Adjust the angle of folding parts 2, and move point A slightly inwards so that point A and point B are on a diagonal line, so that when the carton touches point A, it will not be caught.

Or twist the connecting rod under the machine, as shown in the figure below. You can also adjust the position of folding 

parts 2 by twisting the connecting rod left and right.

4. Push the carton into the position of the movement frame, loosen the screws under the movement frame, and adjust the movement frame outward so that it fully contacts the bottom of the carton.

Adjust the movement frame outward so that it fully contacts the bottom of the carton, and move the carton back and forth by hand. The carton can be moved back and forth, and then tighten the bottom screws.
