1. First place the carton sealing machine on a horizontal bottom, lock the brake casters, and adjust the tripod to a suitable height so that the machine base is in a horizontal position.

2. Place the cartons to be sealed on the conveyor table, adjust the lifting handle so that the conveyor bottom plane of the upper tape head is about 3~5mm lower than the height of the carton, loosen the locking handwheel, and adjust the conveyor clamp. Make the conveying clamp roller close to the carton, then lock the hand wheel, adjust the carton positioning wheel, so that the carton positioning wheel and the conveying clamp roller are close to the carton at the same time, and then lock the hand wheel.

3. Turn on the power switch, make the machine work, and then push the carton into the carton for sealing. If you find that the tightness of the upper and lower sealing tapes is inconsistent, adjust the knob of the tape barrel seat (generally if the tape is too tight, relax the spring pressure, if the tape is too loose, then Tighten the spring pressure).

4.
