1. Overview of the Adjustment System

In some models, a servo motor or pneumatic cylinder drives the side belts and top sealing head to the proper position automatically, achieving fast and precise adjustment.

  • The servo motor receives control signals from the PLC based on the carton size data.

  • The encoder feedback ensures the movement stops exactly at the target position.
    This closed-loop control mechanism allows adjustment precision within millimeters and enables quick switching between different carton sizes without mechanical intervention.
