In the video, there are two machines, one is tray former and the other is tray closer. Tray former presses a piece of corrugated cardboard into shape, then uses the self-locking buckle to buckle the box to form the box, and then sends it to the conveyor for manual loading the products. After loaded the products, the conveyor will send the box to the tray closer for automatic folding the cover and sealing. The box is designed with an easy pull opening. When the C-end customer received the product, they only needs to tear off the easy pull buckle to open the box.
