Introduction:

1.The bag inserter adjusts the width and height of the machine manually, and it will cut the film and make the size of film match carton automatically, and bag closer fold the bag automatically, which is suitable for insert the bag in the same cartons at the same time.

2.The carton enters the bagging area through the front 500mm feeding conveyor, and automatically cuts the film. The M type bag enters the carton through the positive direction of the bagging.

3.The air blower is at the outlet of the machine, it blows into the inner wall of the carton so that the film can automatically deep close to the carton for facilitate the subsequent operation of the case packer.

4.The constant temperature cutter adopts digital management to cut the film, which is safe and constant temperature, and the incision of the bag is smooth and firm.

5.After packed, the outer wall of the carton is neat and beautiful, saving manpower and high efficiency.

6.Made-to-measure bags from a reel for maximum autonomy. 

7.The machine will stop when the door's open, it is for protect the worker.
