Fully Automated Unmanned Carton Erector Machine: The entire machine's mechanical mobile parts are controlled by servo systems. Workers pre-place three different types of cardboard boxes into three separate hopper slots and set the unpacking sequence for the three types of boxes. The machine's hoppers move back and forth to position the upcoming box to be packed at the unpacking station.

During the box handling process, the folding, compressing, and pushing sections operate simultaneously, aligning with the active range of the upcoming box. Once the suction cups grip the box securely, the machine proceeds to fold and seal the bottom of the carton.

For the sealing process, the video demonstrates the use of a nailing method, but this aspect can be customized to meet the customer's preferences, such as adopting adhesive tape or hot melt glue sealing methods.
