Win-win pack focuses on areas such as Pharmaceutical, Food, Commodity ect., and Our foreign trade sales team has nearly 10 years of export experience and can provide you with professional technical support and services. WHAT IS THE SERVICE WE CAN DO?

The teams in Win-win pack has over 10 years experience in Machine market, we did work with the customers who are come from different country, according to the feedback from the customers, we know the customer may worry if they order the machine from oversea, we think you will meet the same problem such as product/ quality/ language/ after service ect. Win-win pack is the company who is doing the business with Integrity and win-win, and we born for keep the good quality machine and provide the best solution for customer, so we do the “ Pre-sales evaluation, after- sales service ”, Before you ordered the machine, we make the solution for you and honestly tell you the point in this case, so that we can fix the problem before order, this is the “ Pre-sales evaluation ” we will do, and for the “ After-sales service “ , we will do it as below:

1. Provide the English manual and the video for showing how to install the machine.

2. 24 hours remote service, all problems can be solved by remote video, voice, etc.

3. Win-win pack has passport holders who can arrange overseas installation and commissioning any time.

4. All of the document are showing by English except special requirement. The people from Win-win pack always be kind/ integrity and win-win, when you meet the problem, don’t worry, we will try to do the best for you.

 

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE?

Win-win Packaging differentiates itself from the rest of the market by 5 points:

1. We have 10 years experience in oversea sales, and take time for solve the problem which comes from different country.

2. We do try to change our machine according to customer’s requirement, we do make the machine as Korea type, Japanese type, and American type.

3. We do realize the Chinese market, so we can provide any chinese infromation to you, and help you to get more correct knowledge from china.

4. We do provide “ Pre-sales evaluation, after-sales service” for all of our customers.

5. We have the training document for different kinds of machine, which can train our customers about the machine/market.

 

For Maintenance and warranty

We sell machines to Southeast Asia, Russia, Spain, Canada, Turkey and other countries. Normally, the warranty period of our machines is one year, except for easily damaged accessories on the machines. Therefore, within this year, if the machine is due to its own quality problems , we can send you accessories and make videos to show you how to install them.

The machines will undergo 48 to 72 hours of fatigue testing before leaving the factory, so basically any problems will be discovered and solved in our factory.

Regarding the maintenance part, our instructions will state the parts that require regular maintenance. If there are any problems with the machine, we will let you know how to solve the problem remotely or via video. All documents or videos are in English
