Fully Automatic Weighing Printing Labeling Machine: Working Principle, Features and Applications
2026-04-10
In modern automated packaging production, the fully automatic weighing, printing, and labeling machine has become an essential solution for improving efficiency. The WWP-T822 integrates weighing, data processing, label printing, and automatic labeling into one system, enabling multiple processes to be completed simultaneously during product conveying and achieving a fully integrated packaging workflow.
This machine is mainly suitable for labeling flat-surface products such as packaging boxes, fresh produce trays, and bags. It is widely used in industries including food, pharmaceuticals, fresh produce, and e-commerce logistics. It performs especially well in applications that require weight-based labeling or variable information printing.
The WWP-T822 adopts a three-stage weighing structure, including a speed-up conveyor section, a dynamic weighing section, and an automatic labeling section. Products are accelerated, weighed in real time, and labeled accurately in a continuous process, reducing manual intervention and significantly improving production efficiency.
In terms of functionality, the machine supports freely editable label templates and can print various information such as text, dates, serial numbers, and QR/barcodes. It also prints real-time weighing data directly onto labels. In addition, it features production counting, recipe storage with one-key recall, and PLC integration for flexible operation and quick product changeover.
Furthermore, the WWP-T822 offers strong intelligent management and expansion capabilities. Optional configurations include ERP/MES system integration for real-time data uploading, a CCD vision inspection system for quality control, and barcode scanning systems for traceability. It is also equipped with a self-diagnostic alarm system that detects issues such as missing labels, ribbon shortages, sensor failures, and material jams.
In terms of performance, the machine achieves a labeling speed of 30–40 pieces per minute with an accuracy of ±3mm. The weighing range is 50–3000g with an accuracy of ±2‰. Built with a stable stepper-driven system and industrial-grade control components, it is widely suitable for industries such as food, fresh produce, e-commerce, and pharmaceuticals that require high efficiency and precise data management.
