Integrated Carton Erecting, Packing, and Sealing
The 3-in-1 case packer combines three packaging processes—carton erecting, product packing, and carton sealing—into one unit. It is used for secondary packaging of food products and is suitable for production environments with hygiene and process control requirements.
The system includes the following automated steps:
Carton Erecting: Flat corrugated blanks are automatically opened and shaped into cartons.
Product Packing: Products are placed into the erected cartons according to preset arrangements.
Carton Sealing: Cartons are sealed using adhesive tape or hot melt glue. Sealed cartons can be flipped and strapped for stability during storage and transport.
