Automated palletizing and depalletizing systems, whether semi-automatic or fully automatic, have significantly reduced delivery cycles and enhanced the precision of loading and unloading activities. Below are descriptions of non-powered or naturally powered automated stacking and destacking systems.

To enhance the storage efficiency of line-side materials and reduce the footprint of stored materials, factories often employ vertical stacking for feeding. However, vertical stacking alone cannot fulfill the requirement of first-in, first-out (FIFO) operation, as the containers at the bottom need to be consumed first. Hence, destacking mechanisms are necessary to disassemble the stacks, ensuring FIFO operation. After completion of tasks, empty containers are automatically stacked back to save time and labor, thus improving logistics handling and distribution efficiency while reducing the workload on logistics personnel.

Automatic Palletizing Machine:

  • An automatic palletizing machine is a device that stacks boxes of goods and products from the end of a production line onto pallets for easy transportation and handling of goods. It is primarily used in industries such as chemicals, petroleum, coatings, oils, and pigments for automatic pallet stacking.

  • The automatic palletizing machine consists of a controller, automatic palletizing equipment, automatic separation device, mobile gantry vacuum lifting manipulator, heavy pallet conveying device, etc. It is a high-tech product integrating mechanical and electrical components. According to the required stacking patterns and layers, the automatic palletizing machine can stack various products such as bags, blocks, and boxes, ensuring tight and orderly stacking.

Automatic Depalletizing Machine:

  • An automatic depalletizing machine is a device used for unloading products and goods from loaded pallets. It can be used for destacking various metal cans, glass bottles, and heavy plastic bottles.

  • The automatic depalletizing machine features low-level entry for boxes, occupying minimal space with high production capacity. It operates fully automatically with PLC control, adapting to various stacking and bottle types with ease of adjustment. It incorporates multiple safety protections and can be controlled via a touch screen. Quality segmented conveyor chains are employed for transmission, with the output section extendable as needed. The machine utilizes high-quality imported components for motor, cylinder, and control, while aiming for an aesthetic design using 304 materials, making it particularly suitable for products packaged with heat shrink film.
